Here the recipe:
Kastengels:
1 bar of cheese
225 gr flour
2 spoon maizena flour / corn flour
175 gr margarine
3 egg yolks
1/2 spoon salt
lidah kucing:
200 gr margarine
1/2 teaspoon vanili essens
about 200 gr flour
4 white eggs
175 gr sugar
well, i found the recipes from many sources in internet. There were too many different measure of ingredients each sources, so I just averaging those measure of the ingredients :P
The results are not really bad. Lidah Kucing were too harsh because i put the flour too much, but the kastengels taste pretty good. I mix the kastengels with some sugar and named it Snow Kastengels. Try it! :)
